The New Blog!
Ladies! I just realized there are only three weeks left till the blog begins! Oh my gosh, where did the time go? Get your girlfriends to subscribe so they don’t have to wade through pages and pages of blog history. There are fewer things worse than scrolling down, up, down, then back up. You all know what I mean if you’ve ever tried to read someone’s personal blog.
I’ve finished writing December and am halfway through January and I’m so torn with this story. I keep going back and forth between the endings. Ever since Entwined, I’ve started writing a book with a clear sense of how I want it to end. Everything in between is wherever the spirit leads me. Every once in a while, I’ll write an additional blog or two or eight to explain a situation if I find that you Reiders are completely off track or about to declare mutiny. But for the most part, I have images in my head and the voices start talking.
Right now, I have four voices fighting for their starring role and I’m wondering whether or not to give in to them. Just two nights ago, I told my husband how this story was going to end, but now I’m changing my mind. For those of you who are new to my world, I am not coo coo for cocoa puffs as Laney would say. Once you start receiving the blog, you’ll understand the torment because you will be going through it with all of us. If you don’t want the ups and downs every Monday and Thursday, I say unsubscribe now and just buy it in book form, way later. For the rest of you who are used to this craziness, I hope you won’t be too upset with what I think I may do. I know, I know, I’m rambling.
On to happier and more stable topics…NPA is moving along beautifully! As you all know, the book is separated into three sections called Kate, Jane, and Delaney. Actually, there is a fourth section but I’ll let you discover it for yourselves when you read the book. NPA has been accepted as a pre-order so I expect it’ll be up sometime this week. I’ll let you know how you can pre-order. I always find that reading a book from the guy’s point of view (though in all honesty, Jake’s Story is the only guy’s POV I’ve read, aside from the tiny excerpts from Christian Grey and Edward Cullen) is so much better than reading from the woman’s POV. Donovan Taylor’s POV will be no different. And you’ll love the blast to the past visits from all the usual characters.
I think I’m done rambling. Now that I have a serious deadline, I need to go perfect NPA (and start on MJ’s wedding)!
