I assume you all got your teaser?
I believe I sent the NPA teaser to all of you who championed UA‘s cause on Amazon, iBooks, Goodreads, etc. If you still did not get your teaser and you’ve sent me your screenshot, please let me know. There were so many of you, some of your email addresses got lost in the shuffle – it was nothing personal. 🙂
For those of you who’ve read the snippet of NPA, you’ll see that this story continues beyond the “Forever” portion of UA. I know a few of you have complained that UA seemed hurried in the end. Considering the book was somewhere between 600-900 pages, depending upon the publisher, nothing was “hurried.” Donovan planned a good portion of this wedding, and I thought it only fair he got to explain what he did. Also, some of you have asked about UA’s prologue and where it fit in the story. That, too, will come out in NPA. (So many secrets, again!) I am nowhere near finishing this book and as much as I’d love to publish it today, a Feb 2014 release is most likely. For those of you who haven’t finished UA, savor it page by page. For those of you going through withdrawal, I know the teaser wasn’t enough. I will do my best to periodically send out teasers.
As for Max and Jane’s wedding, I am looking at a late May, early June release. Why, you ask? Since the blogs are starting up again, the entire Reid / Taylor / Davis storyline gets pushed into “real” time. Technically, Max and Jane don’t get married till he’s done with school. And school doesn’t end till late May. Plus, I have a “real” life outside of the cul-de-sac and this life takes up the majority of my time and attention. I have resorted to writing in the car with Siri as my personal assistant again.
Just a reminder that Nick and Bee’s blog will start the first Monday of December, so get your friends to subscribe. It’s absolutely free and will be another upside down emotional roller coaster. I am liking what I’ve written so far and I know more than a few of you will let your opinions be heard after each post.
I think this is all I have to say for now. Have a wonderful weekend and talk to you sometime very soon.
